"And whoever welcomes a little child like this in my name welcomes me."

Dear Visitor,
We welcome you to come as you are, like you we are regular
people.
It is our desire that you enjoy yourself and come again.
When you arrive parking and seating will not be a problem.
We also offer child care and youth services for young adults.
We respect the fact that you might be a little nervous visiting
for the first time so we will greet you and make you feel as
comfortable as possible from the moment you enter the church
doors.
At the end of the service my wife and I will excuse ourselves to
the back of the church to personally meet with everyone as
you exit.

Typically,
  • Service will begin with a scripture reading and an opening prayer.
  • The choir will sing a couple of songs.
  • A member will give a formal welcome then everyone will have the opportunity to get up out of
their seats and greet one another, this is completely voluntary.
  • Quickly followed by the reading of church announcements and our mission statement.
  • At some point we will ask if there are any visitors present and might ask you to stand, this is our
way of acknowledging you and is not intended to embarrass you in any way.
  • The service will resume as listed in the bulletin provided by one of the ushers as you entered.
  • Near the end of the service we usually take up an offering and open up the doors of the church,
meaning we welcome anyone who is not a member to become a member of our church family.
Please ask about the many ministries we provide and thank you for visiting.
